This place was clean, the staff were amazing, and I really liked my modern room with a comfortable bed, central heating, TV.

Comfortable and tidy spot, the manager knew their stuff. Spacious rooms with a kitchen area that included a fridge and a separate bedroom 😉.

The room was advertised with a supplied kitchenette but it was stripped of the coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware which should have been supplied. Not easy access to the hotel from the main road.

This place has a great location near a store and the airport, plus there's a lake just a 10-minute walk away that we enjoyed.

I was given a disability room, do not know why. It was not very nice at all and not clean. For a whopping $189.00 that I paid in full, I could have gotten a really nice hotel room right next door or anywhere down the street, with a view no less, instead I got the value of a 60.00 motel room that was last updated perhaps in the late eighties?? I feel like I was ripped off. And furthermore, It is very sad to learn that you would charge someone with a disability to have such a poorly designed, poorly kept room, let alone present them with a room like this at all . . . seriously, this was really really bad!!! The free breakfast consisted of processed, pre-wrapped, junk food only. The carpet in the room was old and stained. The kitchen was not very well equipped with utensils. The flourescent lighting was horrifying. The bathroom was old and creepy. Cabinets were at least 30 years old. Honestly, I could not wait to leave. Very disappointed and would love to get my money back. The only 1 good experience was the check in staff at the desk. She provided excellent customer service skills. Sincerely, Unhappy occupant.

The deluxe queen studio with separate bedroom had basic facilities you need. Central heating, TV set and a microwave oven were included. Location: the hotel was really close to the Exton Square Mall, many restaurants and shops and Conference Center. Café Starbucks located 2 mi away was a nice surprise...

I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel in Malvern and was pleasantly surprised by the facilities available. The staff was courteous and helpful, and they worked hard to keep everything clean. The room had a full-sized refrigerator, a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal, a microwave, and plenty of kitchen cabinets for extended stays. The hotel's location was convenient, with stores nearby and minimal traffic noise. it provided all the necessary amenities for those on a budget.

During my stay, I felt relaxed and had no reason to complain about anything.

They really took care of me and made sure that I was happy. You just don't get service like this even at a 5 star place anymore.

I think I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room and there was some lingering smoke smell, but it was ok. Also, the heater is so loud that it came on about ever 15 minutes throughout the night which was disruptive to my sleep.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel; it was overall clean and non-smoking. The well-designed and modern room with 2 queen beds and a kitchen area was great. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was comfortable.

We loved being there. Stayed in a reasonably large and beautifully designed room with a separate bedroom. The location in a safe area was magnificent and fantastic. There were a couple of great restaurants.

Recently renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staff, particularly the manager. Generous breakfast offerings. Convenient location close to Play-a-Round Golf and local amenities in the Philadelphia area.
